I have 32 years of experience as a Junior College Lecturer. Students coming from less privileged backgrounds should be provided with opportunities to prosper in their studies and create a better life for themselves. NavprathibaMahavidyalaya has achieved a towering mark in such a short span of time, having strong backing from the principal, lecturers and the non-teaching staff of the college. Competitive exam preparation plus the self-dependent attitude of the students and to create a glorified name in society, each year our students' strength is increasing and attracting other students to our campus. The college conducts regular studies with a competitive exam focus syllabus which runs continuously for the entire academic year. To create an idealistic character in every student of ours is our prime goal.

The Navpratibha Mahavidyalaya has made tremendous progress in such a short span of time. The college is currently functioning on a permanent non-grant basis, and has still managed to make its own name in the Nagpur education circle. Each year, the strength of our students is increasing with its rising popularity in social circles. The entire focus is upon creating employability centric opportunities for our students so that they can become self-dependent individuals and prosper in their chosen professions.
